For years, I worked with a wide range of ABA software platforms, and one thing became very clear: there is no true standard for how programs are written, taught, or understood. Every system looked different, every format felt inconsistent, and new staff were often left confused, overwhelmed, or unsure of what to actually do when teaching a skill.
As I trained future BCBAs, RBTs, teachers, and therapists, I saw how much they wanted to learn—but how often they lacked clear, practical guidance. I realized that what was missing wasn’t effort or passion… it was clarity.
People needed programs that didn’t just list goals—they needed programs that actually walked them through how to teach, respond, prompt, correct, and support a learner in a way that was simple, consistent, and effective.
That is why I built this BCBA Library.
I wanted to create a collection of programs that anyone—whether brand new or highly experienced—could read, understand, and confidently implement. A library that makes ABA feel accessible, not overwhelming. A library that shows how powerful and straightforward evidence-based teaching can be when it’s clearly written.
And over time, something wonderful happened.
This library became more than a set of programs—it became a resource people rely on.

And knowing it has made a difference for so many people is truly the reason I continue to build and refine it.
